FAQ page: Do you charge a fee to provide a painting quote?
We offer a free written quote and enough colour advice to get you thinking in the right direction. Once you have agreed to accept the quote, we meet again for a free colour consultation.

FAQ: What is included in your free written quote?
We include all labour, tools, paints and materials needed to complete the task.

FAQ: When do I have to decide on the quote?
It’s completely up to you when you want the work done. Some people decide right away and others take months, but it is first come, first served, so if you ask whether we have a certain time open when you get the quote, we can only give you a rough idea unless you decide to get the work done right then and there. The outside painting season from April to October fills up many months in advance, but in the winter we only need notice of a week or two.

FAQ: What should I expect to see when the painters arrive?
A few minutes before 8:00 AM, our crew of uniformed painters will arrive and start work. The foreman will introduce himself and will be on the job-site at all times.
We work from 8:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday. If you have any concerns, please bring them up with the foreman as soon as you think of them.

FAQ: Who will oversee the work?
As the job progresses, the foreman’s supervisor will come by to inspect the work, and again at the completion of the job to make sure you are satisfied and to pick up payment.

FAQ: Can I have the left-over paint?
Yes, you can have all tinted paint purchased for your job. We don’t leave white paint as we buy it in bulk.

FAQ: What if I find a missed spot or a paint failure after you’re gone?
Even though it’s rare, we can miss a spot, or a bubble can appear a few months after we’re done. We offer a two-year warranty on all the work we do, and we will send around a supervisor to complete all repairs and touch ups.

If you have a damaged paint surface, it is best to call our experts to come out to have a look at it, as it is very hard to cover paint issues from a website or with a phone call. With our years of hands-on experience, there’s not many paint issues we haven’t seen before. We only use top-of-the-line paint, but often we don’t decide on which type of paint until we see what has been applied to the surface before, so that we can guarantee that our coatings will stick.

Often a person falls in love with a colour that looks great but is not practical. We hear people say “it wasn’t a very good paint”, when really it was just the wrong colour in the wrong place. With our years of experience we know what will happen and what could go wrong.
